The 10 Day Cleanse Program includes a consultation and evaluation of your goals and health needs, dietary and supplement recommendations, and a cleanse kit that includes: Protein shake, vitamins, travel cup, guide book, shopping list, recipes and sign up for daily email encouragement and guidance.
